According to law enforcement officers, the suspect planned in the event of occupation of the southern regions of Ukraine to transfer the Ukrainian An-140-100 aircraft to the Russian troops. After a full-scale invasion, the director of the civil aviation enterprise fled to the territory of the annexed Crimea, where he began cooperation with special services of the aggressor country. The DBR claims that the suspect wanted to establish airplaces in Russia -occupied territories.

"The collaborator promised the head of the occupying authority of one of the temporarily captured regions to transfer the passenger aircraft An-140-100, which owns his company and is in the territory controlled by Ukraine. Also, the entrepreneur assured that he would agree with business partners on the transfer of three more aircraft which are located in Russia, " - said in the Prescribe of the DBR.

During the searches, law enforcement officers found an An-140-100 passenger aircraft and a working call center, which is currently being checked for possible connection with the illegal activity of the suspect. In addition, security officers with the symbols of the USSR and the newspaper, released in the Russian Federation, were found at the place of residence.

The topman was suspected in absentia under two articles of the Criminal Code: if the suspect's guilt is proved in court, he is threatened with up to 5 years in prison. At the request of law enforcement officers, the aircraft that the collaborator wanted to hand over to the Russians was arrested by Themis. It is worth noting that on the eve of the DBR it was suspected former Deputy Ulyana Suprun.
