"Now, unfortunately, without serious decisions, the discussion about Priskepes, that is, limiting the export price of Russian oil, has ended," Zelensky said, adding that such a price of Russian oil is quite acceptable for the terrorist state. According to the President, the Russian Federation has caused tremendous harm to all countries of the world through purposeful destabilization of the energy market, but the Western countries do not go to real energy disarmament.

In the future, the president believes, a more radical approach will still be needed, and this is a matter of time that, unfortunately, will be lost. "If the price limit of $ 60 instead of, for example, 30 billion, will receive about $ 100 billion in a year," Zelensky said. These funds, he said, will go to the war in Ukraine and support other terrorist regimes and organizations.

Moreover, the profit from the sale of oil will also finance the further destabilization of those countries that are refrained from decisive measures. Recall that the EU Council approved the ceiling of prices for Russian oil and petroleum products from the Russian Federation - within 60 dollars per barrel.
