The department noted that after the audit, the responsible officials have started issuing turnstiles, now almost a third - already with servicemen. The inspectors from the Ministry of Defense during a survey of a storage facility in one of the military units in the Zhytomyr region, which is under the command of medical forces, found almost 30,000 modern SOF medical standings made in the United States. This was reported in the Defense Ministry.

The department noted that these turnstiles were obtained in April 2023. Upon completion of the audit, the responsible persons began to distribute the turnstiles, and now almost a third of them are already at the disposal of servicemen. The process of issuing other medical equipment, such as individual first aid kits and backpacks for combat physicians, which has been stored in large volumes for a long time, has also been started.

"The task of the internal audit of the Ministry of Defense is not only to identify cases of abuse and respond to them, but also to prevent inefficient use of military resource. Due to more efficient planning, increased accountability, solidarity at all levels of decision making," - said Deputy Minister of Defense.
