Make Russia answer. How to achieve the creation of an international tribunal about Russian crimes in Ukraine

Will conclusions be drawn? With regard to the published words, the Presidential Office of the President of Ukraine, which, saying, and a number of other our main allies against the creation of a special International Military Tribunal in the version proposed by the Ukrainian power team. Like, the Allies fear that this will be used as a precedent, and similar tribunals will be created already with respect to offenses in which their military will already be accused.

And our proposals seemed to be the creation of a tribunal by the decision of the UN General Assembly. And now, they say, some other option will be considered - hybrid. In short, as repeatedly wrote, the tribunal should be created by the decision of the UN Security Council. At the same time, Russia should be forced to refrain from voting (in the order of Article 27 of the UN Charter), and China must be agreed (its maintenance will be sufficient).

By the way, such a way of creating a tribunal, through the Security Council, will make it impossible to repeat this path already against our allies, which (or their allies) are permanent members of the Security Council - for obvious reasons. Finally, the jurisdiction of the tribunal should not be limited only by the crime of aggression, it should consider all the most serious international crimes committed against Ukraine and Ukrainians.

The tribunal should consider the issues of reparations and contributions, on the ban on the Russian Federation to have weapons of mass destruction and means of delivery, on the ban on Stalinism, Putinism, Rashism, about the activities of a number of organizations and companies, and many or many other issues . . . and more. At one time, working on creating the first of its kind of Nuremberg Tribunal took less time than now - only negotiations about form.
