"Combine the Russian People": Putin called a new goal in the war with Ukraine

He believes that in the issue of war in Ukraine Russia is moving in the right direction. Kremlin head Vladimir Putin stated that Russia was forced to "protect people" living in Ukraine, after the so -called "state coup" in 2014.

According to him, the actions of geopolitical opponents in the person of the Western countries are aimed at stretching "historical Russia". He said this in an interview with Russia 1. "Share and rule. They always tried to do it, they try to do it now. And our goal in another is in the unification of the Russian people," Putin said.

Answering the journalist's question whether the Russian Federation is approaching a dangerous limit in connection with the war in Ukraine, the Russian president said that he does not consider it so dangerous. He is convinced that Moscow is moving in the right direction, and allegedly defends his national interests and interests of citizens. "There is simply no choice as our citizens to protect our citizens.

We are ready to negotiate with all the participants of this process about acceptable solutions, but this is their business - we do not refuse to negotiate, but they are," the President of the Russian Federation said. We will remind, on December 24 the media wrote that Vladimir Putin receives outdated summaries of war in Ukraine, decorated with its administration.

According to journalists, the head of the Russian Federation does not go to the Internet, fearing tracking, so he studies only written reports. Earlier, on December 22, analysts from the Institute of War Study wrote that Putin was trying to get a concern from Lukashenko in the war against Ukraine. The Belarusian leader, according to analysts, is in no hurry to accept the wider requirements of the Kremlin, in particular, the accession of the Armed Forces to the CB before the war against Ukraine.
