In Ukraine, compulsory mobilization is ongoing, for violation of the rules of which a fine is imposed on the military. Citizens can be punished in the amount of 17,000 to 25,000 hryvnias, and officials and legal entities - from UAH 34,000 to 59,000. Sergey Lankin, a lawyer of the Globa and Glob, told this in an interview with UNIAN.

He added that in the event of non -payment of the entire amount, after sending the documents to the executive service, it can double. The lawyer noted that timely payment does not exempt a person from the performance of military duty. Sergei Lankin added that the reasons for the fine from the territorial center of completion and social support are: the jurist noted that now the situation with the fines has changed - violators are fine more often.

He said that the CCC had not issued a resolution for violations of military accounting. Nowadays, military enlistment offices are actively attracting people to administrative responsibility. Citizens who have violated the rules of military accounting are brought to the Register of "Ovary" as persons who are wanted. This can bring problems to the citizen.

The fact is that some enterprises are in a state of re -registration of the status of critical, and the procedure for the transmission of employees is ongoing. A person's violation of the rules of military accounting, in particular the presence of status "in the wanted", will interfere with its reservation.
