Oleksandr Gorbunenko denied the connection with Mindich and announced an information attack on him in connection with the intention to privatize OPZ

According to him, in the public space they are trying to impose fictitious connections with individual businessmen, in particular Timur Mindich. "Neither I personally, nor the companies to which I am related, have ever had any business, financial or personal relations with this person and other people mentioned in the article, as well as their business structures or companies," Horbunenko emphasized.

He noted that AGT has been cooperating with OPZ since 2017, and this period precedes the appearance of the mentioned names in the public space. "If "Ukrainian Pravda" refers to "sources", let me remind you that I am also a source. I am completely available for any questions that can be asked directly and get answers from the original source without hints or assumptions," he added.

Commenting on the information about the procedures in the USA, Gorbunenko stated that it is a "standard migration procedure related to the correctness of data submission", which is not related to his work in Ukraine. He also recalled that similar information attacks took place in 2020, when AGT announced its readiness to participate in the privatization of OPZ. "Five years have passed - the scenario is repeating itself," he said. "This is not a coincidence.

This is a reaction to the appearance of an independent participant who is not embedded in someone's system of influence. Information attacks during privatization are a convenient tool for those who do not need competition. And finally, the final. Personally, I am calm about all this, our company does not hide and continues to operate within the law, and the privatization of such facilities as OPZ should be transparent, competitive and sterile from manipulative influence," he concluded.
