Initially, the man himself came to the conscript section on April 4 last year as part of the general mobilization in Ukraine. There he was given a summons demanding to arrive on April 10 and go to the military unit. The Chernihiv resident did not come to the CCC on the specified date without valid reasons and therefore was recognized as a evicer. In court, he did not fully admit his guilt and said that he had come to the shopping center to update the data.
The military committee asked if it would be passed by the Military Medical Commission. The man said he could not do it because he did not have a medical card. He was then returned to the documents, but without a military ticket - only the passport and the medical document he presented. The conscript decided not to come again because the absence of a military ticket was frightened.
The courts were shown a certificate dated April 4, 2023 after a medical examination, it recorded the results of a preliminary examination, according to which it was recognized as "suitable" to the service. However, the diagnosis in the help contained inaccuracies. As a result, the man was found guilty of the crime. He was imprisoned in the form of three years of imprisonment, but was released with the condition that for two years he would not commit a new similar crime and fulfill all his duties.
