This was reported by a spokesman for the southern Ukraine forces of Ukraine Vladislav Voloshin on the air of the Teleterna "One News". Voloshin stressed that this decision is directly related to the recent order of Russian President Vladimir Putin about the mobilization expansion of the army.
"The Southern Military District, which operates in the south of Ukraine, also created a completely new motorized rifle. It was formed in the city of Hankala Chechnya. For which this regiment is simply a strengthening of those units that suffered great losses. He added that the enemy thus tries to compensate for the depletion of personnel in the areas where the Armed Forces of Ukraine are actively resisting.
The transfer of new forces testifies to large -scale problems in the staffing of the regular army of the Russian Federation. We will remind, earlier Putin signed a decree on the increase in the number of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, and the command of each military district was tasked with creating additional units. Ukrainian intelligence has repeatedly recorded the active transfer of personnel and equipment from Chechnya to the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.
