This was reported by the head of the Sumy Regional Military Administration Dmitry Zhivytsky on Telegram. “The night in Sumy region was quiet. And the morning began with mortar shelling again, ”he said. According to him, three times over the morning the Russians opened fire on the Esman, middle-Budsk and Yunak communities.
