According to the National Police, for the actions taken by the suspect, he faces up to 5 years in prison. In the Sumy region, the Opel Vivaro car driver received a precautionary measure in the form of house arrest for beating a military who tried to hand him a summons. About it reports on November 8 the General Directorate of the National Police in Sumy Oblast. According to the regional police communications department, the event happened in the morning, July 12.

"The servicemen stopped in the city of Hlukhiv car Opel Vivaro under the control of a 44-year-old man to verify documents. Talking to the driver, TCC employees suggested National Police. The police opened criminal proceedings under Part 2 of Art. 350 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine "A threat or violence against an official or citizen who performs public duty".

Later, the man, having learned about the opening of the case, tried to hide from police officers, including in the capital, where he was searched and detained by law enforcement. "A precautionary measure has been chosen in the form of 24 -hour house arrest," the message said. From now on, the suspect faces up to 5 years in prison, the communications department of the Sumy region. We will remind that in Chernomorsk in Odesa region on the street beat and robbed the military.
