The worst is the residents of the Odessa region, where the power system is badly...

They do not have time to repair: "Ukrenergo" declared a difficult situation after shelling of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation

The worst is the residents of the Odessa region, where the power system is badly damaged as a result of the attack on January 26. The damaged power system can not yet cover consumption in Ukraine, so energymen have to turn off light by consumers. Ukrenergo National Energy Company reported on the situation as of January 28 on Facebook.

Ukrenergo has handed over the consumption limit to the regional operators of the distribution system for the coming day, on the basis of which graphs of light shutdown in the regions are created. It has traditionally been reduced in Ukraine with the start of the source consumption in Ukraine, but there is a significant deficit in the power system. As Ukrenergo explained, after each new attack, repairing equipment is becoming more and more difficult, and the process is increasing.

In particular, on January 26, rockets damaged power plants and a network of high -voltage lines. The amount of electricity produced by stations does not cover consumption. The most difficult situation in Odesa region, because after the last attack it takes more time to repair damage. The company reminded that Ukraine has already survived 13 massive missile attacks and launches of drones that damaged the infrastructure.

In addition, production capacities of more than 10 GW are now located in the occupied territory and are controlled by Russian troops: Zaporizhzhya NPP, Zaporizhzhya TPP, Lugansk TPP, TPP, Kakhovka hydroelectric power station, as well as most wind and solar power plants. At the same time, non -atomic stations provide most of the energy in the peak in the morning and evening.

We will remind, after the rocket strike on January 26, emergency shutdowns of light were introduced in 10 regions of Ukraine: Kyiv, Lviv, Rivne, Zhytomyr, Volyn, Kirovograd, Kharkiv, Zaporizhia, Donetsk, Cherkasy. In Odessa region, consumers were tried to provide energy according to reserve schemes. In December, Ukrenergo explained why the installation repair takes so much time.
