Estonian Prime Minister urged more countries to join the price limit on Russian oil

Estonia Prime Minister Kai Callas said that the free world should continue the isolation of the Russian Federation until Ukraine has displaced the enemy from its territory. It called on more countries to join the price limit on Russian oil. About it reports ERR. Callas also reminded that from the beginning of the war it has called for restriction of Russia's income from energy selling, since at the expense of this the Kremlin supports its military industry.

Video of the Great Seven decision to introduce a price limit on Russian oil is a very important step, it will reduce Russia's ability to use energy against us and strengthen the impact of EU sanctions. The more countries join the price limit agreement, the more efficient it will be, ”the Prime Minister said.

She believes that the EU should quickly move on to the question of the next, more powerful package of anti -Russian sanctions, and the flow of tourists from Russia should be significantly reduced. The United States, Britain and other G7 countries fundamentally agreed on the introduction of the so -called "ceiling of prices for Russian oil". Restrictions may come into force on December 5. Thus, G7 countries hope to reduce pressure in the energy market and reduce the total revenues of Moscow.
