According to a letter sent to the journalist, Ostashchenko was released and removed from the military account on the basis of the conclusion of the VLK on the disease of the former commander of the medical forces, that is, according to a medical report on its unfitness. Recall that Tatiana Ostashchenko was replaced by Major General of Medical Service Anatoliy Kazmirchuk on November 19.
One of the reasons for dismissal from military service is the deterioration of health to the level that makes the serviceman unusable for further service. This is stated in such normative acts as the Law of Ukraine "On Military Duty and Military Service" (paragraphs "B" of paragraph 2 of Part 4 of Article 26) and Regulations on Military Medical Expertise in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Specialists of the law company "Vasyl Kisil and partners" comment on.
The release procedure involves the following actions: Recall that on November 13, the media reported that the Ministry of Defense discussed the possible release of three army commanders of the Armed Forces, including the commander of the Armed Forces of the Armed Forces Tatiana Ostashchenko. Journalists say that the complaints of paramedics and volunteers who are engaged in medical care of the army were the reason.
