On the site of JSC "UkrPoshta" it is stated that this company is "the only national postal service operator of Ukraine". Only Ukrposhta workers who meet the requirements and have been specially tested will be able to wear weapons.

It will only be allowed to apply: before using the weapon, Ukrposhta employees will be obliged to warn of such intention. Without a warning, it will be allowed to shoot, employees of the postal safety unit will have to be authorized with the help of weapons only the damage that "is necessary and sufficient (…) to immediately stop the attack. It is forbidden to use weapons: in the case of damage to employees, they oblige to provide domedic assistance, call an ambulance immediately, and immediately report the event of the head and the police.
