Responsibility for the explosions near the Russian Embassy was taken over by the Islamic State

The Islamic State group has taken responsibility for the explosion near the Russian Embassy in the capital of Afghanistan Kabuli. About it reports The New York Times on Monday, September 5, with reference to the Site Intelligence Group group that tracks extremism.
