US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken accused Russia of the use of the Zaporozhye NPP as a "nuclear shield" and called the Russian Federation "the pinnacle of irresponsibility. " On August 5, Russian troops provoked, twice firing occupied Zaporizhzhya NPP. At the same time the Russians accused the shelling of the Armed Forces.
