To work and help those who protect Ukraine are the main task of modern business....

As a business community can support veterans and Armed Forces-on the example of Young Business Club

To work and help those who protect Ukraine are the main task of modern business. There are many more opportunities for business entrepreneurs. The Young Business Club (YBC) Club, together with participants, is working on a social component for more than a year, helping veterans to get a job or organize their business. "In November 2023, we founded a club charitable fund, one of which is to help veterans and military," says YBC founder Andriy Ostapchuk.

"We see that people have new skills at the front, they have other goals. Most veterans appear They do not choose the former work and change the specialty. The editor on the marketplaces and the founder of the tea with more than two dozen veterans found a new job: including UAV collector, cybersecurity specialist, security manager and even deputy headmaster. For example, 32-year-old Viktor Korchev from Odessa, who returned after service with trauma, wanted to find a remote job.

He was a saper and senior platoon operator, participated in Bakhmut battles. "I worked at the machine - the machine operator, and now I decided to retraining," Victor says. "To contact the Young Business Club I was advised in Veteranhub. Then I went through an interview with the recruiter, helped in compiling a resume and I got a new day in a few days. Work. For more than a month, I work as an editor on the Marketplat, where I choose my workpiece.

" There are examples of veterans who have already launched and run their own business. One of the operating soldiers opened a car fleet on the rental of cars, the other launched his own confectionery with the woman. An interesting example of Sergiy Stepanenko, who went in the first weeks of a full -scale invasion first to TRO and then to the forces of defense. He was a driver, Saper in his service, but spent the most machine gunner in a sniper mouth.

The resident of Kiev participated in the liberated Kherson and then defended Bakhmut and Vovchansk. From the Armed Forces Sergei was released with the award, receiving the Golden Cross for the courage of the 2nd degree. Initially, a 38-year-old family wanted to help his wife open a coworking for the Beati-Industry Masters, then YBC member Yegor Rozhkov provided a veteran with mentorial consultations. But, tried, Sergei decided to take up a more familiar task - opening a food establishment.

At another 22, he launched a land restaurant with a friend, and then worked as a managing beer network for a long time. "In the war I had a call sign" Chinese "because I loved to drink quality tea. I promised that when I returned to a peaceful life - I will open a tea, so did," says a veteran. "It is not a classic institution, but a tea, where they also serve Delicious food. Entrepreneurs and members of the club who defend our country help to serve and develop business.

There are several dozen entrepreneurs in the Armed Forces. Kiev Dmitry Monainen, who has been engaged in auto business since February 2022 serves in the power of special operations, and Kharkiv Taras Shevchenko is now a commander of a separate military unit. It is possible to combine the service in the Armed Forces and business management of the participant of YBC - Poltava, Yevgeny Rakiti.

In his youth, he graduated from the Poltava Military Institute with a red diploma, then served in the APU for five years, received the title of captain, and then started business. Eugene is the founder of corrugated cardboard and partner of a large postal operator.

For the first few months, the entrepreneur actively volunteered and, not being the military, was in the hottest points, in the spring of 2022 he went to serve to the 18th brigade of army aviation, which supports the infantry on the line of contact. Initially, Eugene occupied the post of the chief of the onboard community node and then became the head of the communication group. The military now cooperates with the media, volunteers and lobbies the interests of the brigade among the authorities.

Eugene recalls that in the first six months, when the brigades have not yet been set up, other club members helped buy the necessary equipment. Now the military not only performs his tasks in the APU, he manages to control his enterprise remotely. During this time, the entrepreneur doubled the speed and expanded production. A million to rebuild Lviv Business Club homes continues to scale around the world.

Over eight years, the business community has increased to 11 branches, which are represented in seven countries. All representative offices regularly organize meetings and auctions to support our defenders. Thus, only members of the Lviv club raised 3 million hryvnias in six months, for which they purchased a pickup, cargo beads, charging stations and information collection equipment for the 74th separate reconnaissance battalion.

In August, entrepreneurs handed over the auction to the Ukrainian Development Fund 740,000 hryvnias for the purchase of drones - within the project "Victory Birds". In addition to assisting the defense forces and veterans, YBC members are involved in other initiatives. 100 000 UAH was transferred for the "Give a Child" - help addressed to children from the families of fallen servicemen and orphans.

And perhaps, the most ambitious initiative is to participate in the project of the Lviv City Council #of the Makagobudinokodopics, launched after the shelling on September 4, when 189 houses were damaged by the explosive wave. 42 club participants raised over one million hryvnias, for which they received thanks from the mayor of Andriy Sadovy. "On the example of the Young Business Club community, we can say with confidence that the association gives a powerful synergy.
