Homar-K is a Polish adaptation of the South Korean K239 Chunmoo system integrated with the Jelcz 8x8 Polish chassis. This RSSU demonstrates a combination of South Korean technologies and Polish engineering developments, ensuring mobility, survivability and versatility. A key feature of Homar-K is modularity that allows you to use a wide range of ammunition, including controlled and unmanaged missiles.
In addition to CGR-080, the system can use CTM-MR missiles (50-160 km) for strokes for reinforced purposes and CTM-290 (80-290 km) for strategic operations. In addition, this MSD supports anti -ship missiles and training ammunition, which makes it an extremely flexible tool. The CGR-080 rocket is equipped with a GPS/INS system for accurate guidance that provides a likely circular error (CEP) only 15 meters.
Its a fugas warhead is designed to destroy live power, light armored equipment and infrastructure facilities. Analysts say that this rocket differs favorably from traditional unmanaged ammunition: high accuracy allows you to minimize the cost of ammunition and reduce the risk of concomitant damage.
