According to speaker Gur Andriy Yusov, who would not make pathetic speeches by the Russian leader, the world is now perceived by the Russian Federation as a "raw material appendage". The Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine (GUR) assessed the risks that the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin to Beijing. The spokesman of the department Andriy Yusov told about it on the air of the telecast on October 17.

Andriy Yusov stated that any activity of the head of the aggressor state is carefully monitored to all the risks it can cause. "And the risks carry it to us, because it is clear that Putin is interested in this situation. Therefore, Ukraine not only monitors, but also works different scenarios in this direction," he said. The speaker also noted that today everyone perceives Russia as a "raw material appendage" in world economic processes.

"Accordingly, when representatives of this raw material appendage are invited somewhere, first of all, they look at them so, at least how much pathetic words the Russian dictator or his associates voiced," Yusov said. We will remind, on October 17 Russian President Vladimir Putin arrived in Beijing to participate in the third international forum "One Belt, One Way". As part of this event, the President of the Russian Federation negotiated with the China's Chairman Xi Jinping.
