"Now our Aviation Union is making technical solutions in order to be able to navigate the towers of cellular communication," says Sergey Minigulov, President of the Russian Aviation Federation.

FSB representatives show pilots with eyewitnesses and are asked to identify whose plane is. In addition, through the work of air defense systems for amateur aviation "cut the sky" - limited the flight zone. And if one of the pilots is delayed in the sky late, then law enforcement officers begin to "severely nervous", says Mikhail Kozmin.
