Promised to help the evasion: the Ukrainian was obliged to satisfy 100,000 on the Armed Forces

A man who tried to earn a violator of the law on mobilization in Ukraine forced to transfer money to support the troops. The press service of the Central District Court of Nikolaev shared the details on June 7. A 24-year-old resident of Nikolaev was on the dock.

In January 2024, he was in the office of one of the city's medical institutions and promised a 28-year-old man to evade mobilization in Ukraine. The evasion was to pay 12 thousand dollars for "service" (over UAH 482 thousand at the current rate). The accused promised to influence the members of the VLK and the employees of the Tax Code. It was thought that the offender of the law on mobilization in Ukraine is recognized as unfit for service and excluded from military accounting.

In a few days, the Nikolaev directed a man to a lawyer, whom he had to transfer the first part of the amount. A lawyer who did not know about the scheme received $ 8,000 (321 600 UAH). The accused and the prosecutor concluded the agreements approved by the court. According to her, a resident of Nikolaev fully pleaded guilty. The man was fined UAH 310 thousand. In addition, he was obliged to reimburse the expert expenses and deliberate 100 thousand hryvnias within a month.
