Separate groups of Russian infantry are trying to infiltrate the city and accumulate manpower. The "East" group reported that Ukrainian units are conducting strike and search operations to destroy subversive groups. In particular, forces and means, including unmanned systems, are being built up to detect the enemy. According to the military, in just one day on October 29, the paratroopers of the 7th Rapid Response Corps of the Russian Armed Forces liquidated 13 occupiers in Pokrovsk.
Four of them are near the stele at the entrance to the city from the northwest. The group also clarified that logistics to Pokrovsk are complicated due to the active use of Russian FPV drones, but remain operational. Ukrainian forces use various means of countermeasures and protection of logistics routes. "The defense forces of Ukraine continue to clear Pokrovsk from Russian invaders," concluded the "East" command. As Focus reported, Putin ordered the media to be allowed in Pokrovsk.
