Russian troops used FPV-Dron against civilians-at this point, volunteers distributed humanitarian assistance to the needy. The Russian military in the Donbass attacked Ukrainian volunteers while distributing humanitarian aid. Volunteer Denis Christ announced this on January 24. The incident occurred in the village of Pereyna Bakhmut district of Donetsk region. According to the volunteer, his colleagues from the Zaporizhzhya region brought humanitarian assistance to issuing citizens.

However, at the time of distribution over the heads of people, a hostile FPV-Dron appeared, which hit the minibus with a "humanitarian". "It is not clear that they are volunteers, that they are civil. They deliver food to the local - peaceful population," Christ was indignant.
