This will help Europe withstand any cooling at the end of winter and reduce supplies from Russia. According to him, the European Union planned to fill its gas storage facilities by 80% by November, but the goal was much exceeded: in the last month of the fall of 2022, the EU stated that its gas storage facilities were filled by almost 96%.
