Military ticket and summons through "action": in the Ministorfra commented Umerov's statement

The idea of introducing electronic military tickets in Ukraine was a surprise for the Ministry of Digital Transformation, but it is ready to cooperate with the Defense Ministry in the digitalization of the Ukrainian army. The head of the Ministry of Defense Rustem Umerov set before his ministry new tasks for digitalization of the army, including the introduction of an electronic military ticket.

However, this issue was not agreed with the Ministry of Digital Transformation, wrote Apostrophe on September 7 with reference to its anonymous sources in the department. "This idea belongs to the new Defense Minister Rustem Umerov, and therefore it is necessary to ask him: whether the Ministry of Defense wants to make a military ticket in" Action ", - said a representative of the Ministry of Defense on the rights of anonymity.

He noted that on Thursday, September 7, September 7 Representatives of several Ukrainian media have already asked the Ministry to comment on Umerov's statement about the introduction of electronic military tickets in Ukraine. However, in the profile department they are not aware of this initiative, since it became a surprise for everyone. If there is something certain, Mikhail Fedorov will make an official statement, " - said the source in the Ministry of Defense.

For the first time, a new head of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine Rustem Umerov said, speaking on September 6 at a plenary session of the Verkhovna Rada. The fact that the abbreviation of the VLK (Military Medical Commission) should remain in the past. He also set new tasks before his department: "All information about the warrior should be in Digital: electronic military ticket, digitalization of VLK and hospitals, electronic journal, report for military ", - said Umerov.

According to him, cybersecurity issues are a separate priority of work for the Ministry. "The military should not spend their time filling the unnecessary papers. For example, the military heard that each company fills an average of 11 magazines and other documentation daily. This is unacceptable for the fighting country," Umerov emphasized. The exact terms when the innovations are implemented, the head of the Ministry of Defense of Rustem did not name the Umerov.

However, the whole process of digitalization of the army called the priority for the work of his department. We will remind, in early April 2023 the chairman of the Ministry of Defense Mikhail Fedorov named the conditions for the mapping of stories in messengers. According to Viceremier, it is now technically impossible to send summons through Viber or Telegram, since there is no electronic register of conscripts in Ukraine.
