Russia struck rocket strikes in the Kiev district of Kharkiv on Sunday, August 21. There is preliminary information about a fire in a non -residential facility and a private home. This was reported by the mayor of the city Igor Terekhov. According to him, beforehand, there were three enemy "arrivals". The victims are not reported. In the Kharkiv region, an elongated curfew will act in the coming days due to the threat of increased provocations by Russian troops.

It will last from 19:00 on August 23 to 07:00 on August 25. It will be forbidden to stay in public, move streets or transport. Video Day Army regularly fired Kharkiv and the area, destroying infrastructure and killing civilians. Late on the evening of August 17, the invaders struck a rocket strike in the Saltov district of Kharkiv. The residential three -storey building was completely destroyed, 18 people were killed. The SES reported that among the dead - the elderly with disabilities.
