Russian troops struck a missile strike on private homes in the Dnieper, where there were no military facilities, said the mayor of the city Boris Filatov. On Facebook, he said that the blow was struck on Tomskaya Street. “No military goals, nothing so special. Just a village. Just private homes of ordinary people, ”he wrote. The video of the Filatov Day suggested that the occupiers hit the monument of Pushkin and Lomonosov next time.
