According to him, in Odessa a whole neighborhood was injured as a result of a massive hostile attack by Shahheda at night: it is more than 500 premises of residential buildings with more than 250 thousand people. According to the mayor, local kindergartens and a children's clinic have also suffered great destruction.

Today, on February 19, the city will operate to citizens: the mayor noted that the services are equipped with tents, the local heating points, as well as points of indomitability, will begin to accept Odessa. There, residents of the city will be able to warm up and charge their devices until the situation is settled and the supply of heat and electricity to the homes of citizens will be restored.
