Jens Stoltenberg believes that the risk of nuclear weapons use by Russians remains low until no changes are observed in their nuclear readiness. He assured that the Alliance is watching Russia very closely, especially now that the Russian army intends to conduct annual nuclear training. At the same time, the Alliance is ready for any scenario and understands that Russia's threats have only one goal-to force the West to stop helping Ukraine. However, Stoltenberg is convinced that the Kremlin cannot be victorious, as it will signal authoritarian rulers around the world who will be convinced that it is possible to solve wars and violate international law to achieve their goals.
