The company from Latvia supplied chips to Russian developers "Iskander" and "TORIR" - ISW

The Latvian company Lesta-M has been a key importer of microelectronics into Russia from the beginning of the Russian full-scale invasion of Ukraine. Despite international sanctions, the Latvian company provided Russian defense enterprises with chips and circuits. This is stated in the report of the American Institute for War Study (ISW) for September 19.

The Russian opposition edition Insider reported on September 19 that the Latvian company Lesta-M was a key importer of microelectronics into Russia since the beginning of the Russian full-scale invasion of Ukraine. In particular, Lesta-M has supplied microelectronics to the Russian companies Dib-Research Institute of Electronic Devices (NIIEP), which is being developed "Thor-M2E". It is noted that today in the whipped Russian rockets, Latvian microelectronics has not yet appeared.
