Naftogaz demands money from Gazprom for the service provided to organize natural gas transportation in Ukraine. The Russian company did not pay the money on time and in full, according to Naftogaz. Meanwhile, Gazprom threatened Naftogaz with sanctions for "dishonest behavior". The Russians promise that they will not fulfill the obligations to the agreements made to sanctions.
