At the same time, the current legislation also provides criminal liability - for evasion of military accounting after a warning made by the relevant head of the shopping center.
In this case, conscripts are punished by a fine of 300 to 500 non -taxable minimum incomes or correctional work for up to one year. The lawyer also reminds that taking military accounting does not mean that the woman will immediately be sent to the front. "In any case, military accounting does not mean mobilization . . . Especially, you should also not forget about the VLK (perhaps you are unusable for military service in general)," she summarized.
Recall that from October 1, medical and pharmaceutical workers will be obliged to be on military accounting. If the graduates who have received the relevant education do not go to the CCC within a month after completing their studies, they can be fined. Women with other specialties can register with military enlistment offices voluntarily. Earlier, the President's representative in the Verkhovna Rada Fedir Venislavsky noted that conscripted women would be able to mobilize to the Armed Forces.
