Murder of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation of Children's Writer Vakulenko in Kharkiv region: new details were told in the prosecutor's office

To spread: the third suspect was a resident of Lugansk, who fought in the so -called "LNR" and participated in the torture and murder of civilians in Izium. Ukrainian law enforcement officers installed the persons of all Russian invaders who killed in the raisins of children's writer Volodymyr Vakulenko and three more people. The pre -trial investigation has been completed in this case and is transferred to court. This was reported in the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor's Office.

It is noted that a special pre-trial investigation was completed against a 36-year-old militant of the so-called "LNR" after the torture and murder of civilians during the occupation of Kharkiv region in 2022. Thus, after the liberation of Kharkiv region in Izium, they found a mass burial - graves with wooden identical crosses. It was there at the number 319 that children's writer Vladimir Vakulenko was buried.

Investigators identified the identity of the third accomplice of the murder of Vakulenko and three more people. He was a native of Lugansk, deputy commander of the 4th company of the 4th Battalion of the 204th Rifle Regiment "LNR" of the Armed Forces of the Armed Forces with the call sign "Academician". In March 2022, he together with the invaders, including "Lion", "Udod" and others, abducted the writer from his own home in the village of Kapitolivka, in Izium region.

The Academician participated in the illegal maintenance, torture and murder of Vakulenko, as well as an ATO participant and two other residents. Now the person involved is wanted. He will be judged in absentia in the Dzerzhinsky district court of Kharkiv. Earlier it is reported that law enforcement officers have already sent an indictment against the two other participants in the Lion and Udoda. The trial is ongoing.
