Reuters published the full text of the US peace agreement: what is offered to Ukraine and the Russian Federation

To extend: Reuters journalists have released the full text of the Russian-Ukrainian peace agreement, which the US representative on the Middle East and the main manner in contacts with the Russian Federation on the war in Ukraine, Steve Vitcoff presented to European officials in negotiations in Paris on April 17. The text was published on the website of the Reuters Information Agency on April 25.

The document states that these conditions represent the final proposal from the US for Ukraine and Russia. They provide: the news agency also published the text of the counter -proposal of Ukraine and Europe on the proposed US peace agreement, which was provided to the US side during the negotiations in London.

He envisages: According to The Wall Street Journal, US President Special Representative Steve Witcoff said on April 17 that he spoke with Putin about the role of Tot in a future peace agreement between Russia and Ukraine. He noted that negotiations between the US and the Russian Federation are focused on five regions that the Kremlin considers its own.
