It is this fall that decides what will happen in this war - the President's address

I wish health, dear Ukrainians, Ukrainians! We start a visit to the United States. Now we fly to Pennsylvania. A special visit. Then New York, Washington.   It is this fall that it is decided what will happen in this war. Together with our partners, we can strengthen our positions as needed for our victory, a common victory - for a really just peace. Ukraine will present the Victory Plan in the United States, and the first of the president of America will see it.

Of course, I will present a plan for victory to all partner leaders, who, like President Biden, are leaders of the world and can become leaders of peace, helping us with the Victory Plan. We will also present it in Congress - both parties - and both presidential candidates. America has all enough power to provide what we strive with Ukraine and our allies and partners. We need peace. Just as it is provided by the formula of peace. It is as provided by the UN Charter. We do everything for that.

  Weapons to protect our independence and our people. Diplomacy for consolidation of partners and coercion of Russia to peace. And justice is that Russia is responsible for this war and experience its consequences. And gratitude is our gratitude to everyone who helps. I thank every people, all the leaders who felt that in this war of Russia against Ukraine is much more resolved than the fate of only our Ukrainian, people.

I thank the United States - the leader of support - and every nation that has shown its independence and its own leadership to help us protect people and not allow Russia to expand this war. When Ukraine protects itself, every other democratic nation wins it. It is now determined that the current generation of public leaders will be the heritage. Those in the highest offices.
