In Kharkiv, TCC workers started shooting traumatic weapons when the man tried to escape: details

To spread: the man was stopped when he was driving the car and breaking the traffic regulation: at the request to provide military accounting documents from not reacted, and then tried to escape. Police of Kharkiv region opened criminal proceedings on the incident that occurred in the Saltov district of Kharkiv. The suspect will be criminal liability under part 4 of Article 296 (hooliganism) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The details were reported on the Telegram-page of the Kharkiv region police on the evening of March 5. The incident happened when the police accompanied the CCC staff stopped the car Daewoo Lanos, whose driver violated traffic rules.

It is reported that when the police began to require a man to draw up documents for drawing up an administrative protocol, he did not respond, as well as at the request of the shopping center for providing military accounting documents. In the end, the man tried to escape. In response to an attempt to escape, one of the pursuers opened fire from traumatic weapons.

"During the persecution of the offender, one of the servicemen of the Tax Code and JV fired several traumatic weapons," the police said. According to information provided in the department, there are no victims as a result of the incident. Only the aforementioned car Daewoo Lanos was injured, in which glass flew from shots. Police are currently finding out all the circumstances of the incident, including damage to the vehicle.

The event also opened criminal proceedings under part 4 of Article 296 (hooliganism) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, which provides for responsibility for committing hooliganism with the use of firearms or cold weapons. Such actions may be punishable by imprisonment for a term of three to seven years.
