"The Russians have no reserves": ISW predict the degradation of Russian troops on the front in Ukraine

On the temporarily occupied part of the Zaporizhzhya region, mobilized Russians have been in October 2022 without any rotation. Russian troops are degraded without rotation on the forefront, and there are no reserves for invaders. This is reported in the report by the American Institute for War Study (ISW). Experts have analyzed publications of Russian military, who regularly complain about the lack of rotation of units in the army of the invaders.

Russian servicemen who have been drafted by mobilization have been on the forefront since October 2022. Since then, they are on the front without any rotation. Confirmed facts in the part of the Zaporozhye region, which is temporarily occupied. One of the military bloggers openly stated that the Russian forces were unable to withdraw this mobilized staff from the leading positions for rest. This failed to do because there are no free people to replace them.

ISW analysts have predicted that further rejection of rotation provokes the degradation of Russian troops. These are the formations that try to keep the territory from Ukrainian counter -offensive in the south of Ukraine. The ISW drew attention to the accusations of Russian troops against helicopter pilots. They noted that shock helicopters regularly strike on the already destroyed Ukrainian military equipment. Subsequently, in Russia it shows how significant successes.

Troops believe that the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation can use these repeated hitting for one purpose to report inflated losses of Ukrainians and submit Russian defense operations as extremely effective. We will remind, on July 7 in the ISW report reported that Ukrainian troops advanced in the Bakhmut area and seized positions in the Zaporozhye region.
