Two dogs were killed with their owners, seven more people were injured. An ambulances left the place. During the morning shelling of one of the districts of Nikolaev, a Russian projectile hit the public transport stop. As a result, there are dead. This was reported by the head of the Nikolaev regional military administration Vitaliy Kim. According to him, 12 people lie on the ground: seven people are injured, and five of them were killed.

The official believes that the Russians changed the tactics of shelling because of the success of the Ukrainian army at the front. According to him, the Russians began to fire areas of Nikolaev in the afternoon, when all people do their own business. On July 28, for example, the Russians hit the sleeping area of ​​the city, which resulted in the destruction of many houses. "There are not even hints at the military facility. Today they fired at another area, hit the public transport stop.
