"Went out of the course": GUR told how Russia was "disgraced" again with nuclear weapons launch

"Sarmat" can be compared to the MBR-20 "Voivoda" made in Ukraine. The Russian "analogue" has no advantages in the design, the main part and methods of overcoming the missile defense. "In fact, Sarmat is an unfinished, imperfect, raw rocket," Gur said.

The Russians also seek to improve the aircraft component of strategic nuclear forces, modernizing one or two Soviet bombers of Tu-160 and Tu-95C every year. Moscow planned to supply new aircraft-Tu-160m2 this year, but was forced to postpone the date. "Since the Russians have not been able to restore the production of a new version of NK-32 engines," the Ukrainian intelligence explained.

The department emphasized that all problems of the strategic nuclear forces of the Russian Federation are a consequence of the sanctions of the West because of the war in Ukraine.
