Mobilization in Ukraine: Some men will not be taken to the army (list)

According to the Law of Ukraine "On Mobilization Training and Mobilization", it is about those men who are people's deputies, employees of law enforcement agencies, the Ministry of Defense, also teachers and scientists. In Ukraine, there is now a general mobilization that has been declared due to Russia's armed aggression. During her, military men aged 18 to 60 can call the Armed Forces. However, some categories of citizens have a deferral.

Men of which professions are not subject to mobilization, the focus was understood. The professions of men can be divided into several conditional groups, namely, those who have the so -called "reservation", pedagogical staff, MPs, as well as staff of law and military agencies.

According to the Law of Ukraine "On Mobilization Training and Mobilization", men, who have been mobilized for martial law, were booked by state authorities, local self -government or enterprise, institution and organization in accordance with the procedure established by the Cabinet of Ministers. MPs are also not mobilized.

In addition, according to the Ukrainian legislation, a deferral from the conscription: for a special period of conscription during the mobilization, scientists and educators are not subject to, also known from the Law of Ukraine "On Mobilization Training and Mobilization".
