The Canadian Brigade General Mason Stalker, who is responsible for coordinating international military assistance to Ukraine, noted that the Ukrainian side has invited training of qualified military instructors. "The priority of Ukrainian military leaders was the training of management. They understand that they need professional instructors and a professional instructor corps to continue their training and preparation," said the Canadian military commander.
The publication also provided information on the number of Ukrainian servicemen prepared abroad. According to the AUSA conference presented in Washington, the United States and their allies have prepared 89 090 Ukrainian servicemen in 88 training centers, another 7,800 servicemen are currently trained. Of these, 3800 commanders are 2600 departments, 540 platoon commanders, 300 mouth commanders and 40 platoon and mouth sergeants. Another 520 officers are in the training process.
Stalker added that Ukraine pays special attention to the preparation of the sergeant. "They understand how valuable this skeleton will be," he said. The authors of the publication drew attention to the study of the British Analytical Center of Rusi, which referred to a lack of personnel potential at the level of battalions and brigades, which impedes the actions of the Armed Forces.
