The President reported that dozens of high-rise buildings were destroyed in Kyiv. The building of the Embassy of Azerbaijan was also damaged by fragments of the "Iskander" missile. In addition to Kyiv, Kharkiv region, Odesa region and Sumy region were under attack. The Russians hit the Sumy region with a Zircon missile. "Ukraine responds to these strikes with long-range force, and the world must stop these strikes against life with sanctions. Russia can still sell oil and build its schemes.

All this must be stopped. A lot of work is being done with partners to strengthen air defense, but it is not enough. It needs to be strengthened with additional systems and interceptor missiles. He also said that he listened to the report of the commander of the Air Force, Anatoliy Krivonozhok, regarding the results of the work.

The Air Force of the Ukrainian Armed Forces reported on the consequences of anti-aircraft work against Russian targets. So, the enemy used 430 UAVs of various types (about 300 of them "Shahedis"), as well as 19 missiles - 3 aeroballistic "Daggers", 1 anti-ship "Zirkon", 6 winged "Iskander-K"/"Kalibr" and 9 ballistic "Iskander-M"/KN-23. Air defense forces managed to shoot down or suppress 419 aerial targets — 405 drones and 14 missiles.

At the same time, missiles and 23 strike UAVs were hit at 13 locations, as well as downed ones at 44 locations. The head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Ihor Klymenko, said that in Kyiv there are 22 locations where hits were recorded as a result of impacts/falling debris. It is known about four dead residents of a nine-story building in a residential area of ​​the capital.

At the same time, there is information that people may be under the rubble, rescuers are working at the sites of the attacks. The Mayor of Kyiv Vitaliy Klitschko showed a video from the Desnyan district, where search and rescue operations are ongoing. According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, about 30 people in Kyiv were injured, including two children and a pregnant woman. As of 9:13 a. m. , the head of Kyiv KMVA Timur Tkachenko reported 27 wounded, including two children.

15 of the victims were hospitalized. Ihor Klymenko also reported on the consequences of the attack in the Kyiv region — there were about ten victims, among them a 7-year-old child. Focus reported that on the night of November 13-14, the Russian occupiers launched a massive attack, the main target of which was Kyiv. Due to the previous attacks by the Russians, stabilization schedules of outages are in effect throughout the territory of Ukraine.
