Andriy Klychkov, governor of the Oryol region, confirmed that a missile threat has been declared in the region. "A missile threat has been declared in the Oryol region! If you are at home, hide in a windowless room with solid walls: in a corridor, bathroom, storeroom. If you are outside, go to the nearest building or a suitable shelter," Klychkov wrote.
