It is noted that the local resident Maxim Danyushin was at the wheel of his car on February 7, 2024 and traveled to the city when he was stopped by GAI employees, allegedly for violation of traffic rules. After checking the documents, he was detained, saying that he was wanted. Relatives of the man who were near Maxim did not receive explanations from law enforcement as where and for what they were taken away.

In the military commandant, they were told that their relative is a criminal and passes under Article 237 of the Criminal Code. Later, Danyushin was in touch with his relatives and stated that he was taken to the coal, where he was in the trenches for a whole month, and tried to force to sign the contract. On March 7, the man was handed a helmet and Bronika and sent. His relatives then lost their connection with him.

Earlier, Danyushin tried to get a driver in the military unit, but he was denied Ukrainian documents. However, the Ukrainian passport did not prevent the man from enrollment in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation with a volunteer and fight against Ukraine in Kherson region. He stayed there for half a year, and later returned to Donetsk. There, the soldiers began to persuade the contract. Daniushin refused. Now the family demands to return Danushin back home.
