He specified that it would be easier for Ukraine to repel the attack if the country had received more air defense products from partners. In Odessa at about 11:00 there were powerful explosions.

Russia decided to organize an attack at a time when the Prime Minister of Greece made a visit and the explosion took place near his place of stay. President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and Greek Prime Minister Kiriakos Michotakis were near the place of blow. The head of the state reported that people were killed in Odessa as a result of the attack of Russian invaders. The exact number of Victims of Zelensky was not known at that time.

According to Dmitry Pletenchuk, a spokesman for the Navy of Ukraine, investigative actions on the consequences of a Russian blow to the port infrastructure of Odessa are ongoing.
