According to the journalist, Ukrainian defenders allegedly lost their equipment ...

For the first time: under Kursk destroyed the armored vehicle of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation "Sarmat-3", but the propagandists were all confused

According to the journalist, Ukrainian defenders allegedly lost their equipment when they tried to break into one of the settlements of Kursk region. Later it turned out that the car belongs to Russian troops. The Russian propagandist filmed the plot on television about the destruction of the armored car "Ukrainian sabotage and intelligence group", but later it turned out that the equipment belongs to the soldiers of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation. This is stated in Defense Express.

It happened, according to the Russian journalist, in the settlement of Glushkovo, Kursk region, and the staff got into the network thanks to the deputy of the Kursk Regional Council Alexei Zolotarev, who posted a video in his Telegram channel. In fact, it is an armored car of the LSTS-1944 Sarmat-3 and it belongs to Russian troops. This is not the first proof that the enemy uses this type of equipment on the battlefield, analysts said, but the first case of its destruction.

"Interesting in this context is the fact that at the end of last week, one of the Russian propaganda channels published an image of the same car, which in fact became one of the rare confirmations . Sarmat-3 is an updated version of the eponymous line of enemy cars and its development was engaged in the Study and Design Bureau "Technik".

The work on the project ended in 2016 or 2017, however, the analysts write, the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation decided to send an armored car for revision, and then the problem was in "import substitution" of a number of components, and only in 2022 at the Army forum was presented to the public. We will remind, on September 10 it was reported that in the Russian Federation presented an armored vehicle of the Air Force "Sarmat-3".
