The President honored the employees of the Main Directorate of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in the Odesa region: the commander of the 9th State Fire and Rescue Unit Ruslan Bobk, the senior driver of the 9th State Fire and Rescue Unit Oleksandr Semenov, the firefighter-rescuer of the 9th State Fire and Rescue Unit Yury Afanasyev, the firefighter-rescuer of the 22nd State Fire and Rescue Unit Andriy Mandzyuk, senior firefighter-rescuer of the 6th state fire-rescue unit Serhiy Morozov, senior firefighter-rescuer of the 6th state fire-rescue unit Vitaly Burlak, head of the 1st state fire-rescue unit Vitaliy Hrytsak, driver of the 7th state fire-rescue unit Serhiy Lepshego, guard chief of the 7th state fire-rescue unit Yevhen Belchenko, senior firefighter-rescuer of the 7th state fire and rescue unit Oleksiy Maloman.

In Odesa, rescuers extinguished fires caused by Russian drone strikes on energy infrastructure, warehouses, administrative buildings, and service stations. Also, on December 12, employees of the State Emergency Service extinguished a fire on a ferry after a missile strike and a drone attack on the territory of the Black Sea Fishing Port.

The head of state thanked the employees of the Main Directorate of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in the Mykolaiv region: Volodymyr Krytskyi, commander of the 5th State Fire and Rescue Unit, firefighter-rescuer of the 5th State Fire and Rescue Unit Vladyslav Vozniuk, guard chief of the 26th State Fire and Rescue Unit Dmytro Zarvanskyi, commander of the 26th State Fire and Rescue Unit Andrii Kravchenko, Oleksandr Babii, firefighter-rescuer of the 19th state fire-rescue unit.

   In the Mykolaiv region, rescuers extinguished fires that arose as a result of missile strikes and drone attacks on energy facilities, private houses and warehouses. "Thank you and your colleagues!
