At 20:26 pm on February 24, the military threw a defensive shrapnel grenade of the F-1 model. The explosion was damaged by two office machines, no one was injured among employees and recruits. In addition, it turned out that the defender had purchased this grenade illegally from an unidentified person. The senior soldier himself pleaded guilty and confirmed everything. He assured that he was genuinely revealed.

His actions were qualified as an obstruction of the legitimate activity of the Armed Forces in a special period and the illegal purchase of ammunition. The serviceman concluded an agreement with the prosecutor, which he agreed to fully admit guilt and receive a final punishment - 5 years in prison (5 years under the first article and 3 years after the second). The court was convinced that the agreement was voluntarily reached, no one threatened for the former combat physician and forced it.

The court stressed that the military committed serious crimes, but approved the agreement and appointed him the promised prosecutor for 5 years behind bars. At the same time, from February 25 to August 10, when a man was pre -imprisoned, he is enrolled in a day in the format for a day for a day.

It was noted that the man was negative about the activity of military enlistment offices. In court, the Ukrainian explained that he had quarreled with his wife and was drunk, and he allegedly found a grenade among his things in his backpack.

According to him, it would have a "good pedagogical effect". On August 8, a conflict between the military through the assailant took place in the Dnieper. The employees of the Tax Code detained a civilian man, and he decided to intercede a warrior who is on rehabilitation after the contusion. In social networks, he was beaten "to the blood".
