Today there will be a dialogue from the Russian Federation on the transfer of bodies allegedly killed during the fall of IL-76-Lubinets

The Human Rights Commissioner Dmitry Lubinets stated that he did not receive any official response from Moscow to the plane crash. In addition, he said, Ukraine did not provide lists with the names of probable dead. Ukraine plans to dialogue with the Russian side to return the bodies of Ukrainian prisoners of war who allegedly died during the fall of the IL-76 aircraft near Belgorod. This was reported by the Commissioner for Human Rights Dmitry Lubinets on the air of the telecast.

"I have not received any official answer for what happened. I was not officially given any lists. According to the Russian side, Ukrainian prisoners of war were allegedly killed there, but I cannot confirm or refute this information," he assured. Lubinets also noted that Ukraine is always ready for repatriation of the bodies of defenders who died in the performance of their duties and in combating Russia's aggression.

The Ombudsman believes that the Russian Federation is trying to speculate again on the topic of the death of prisoners. "I say that as of now, I have no official information in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine. There were no official lists, nobody passed them to me. Did I address this issue to Moskalkova? Yes, I did not.

To say how, but I can say that on the day I sent my official appeal, which was primarily sent to the representatives of the International Committee of the Red Cross, as well as the UN, Moskalkova received such an appeal, " - says Lubinets.

The Human Rights Commissioner added that it had been a long time after a plane crash with IL-76, so the aggressor country had the opportunity to provide all information to Ukraine, as well as to transmit lists of prisoners or to refute the information that Ukrainian prisoners of war were on board. However, instead, the Kremlin, as the Ombudsman emphasized, is engaged in an information company against our country.

"What prevented the lists and remains prevented earlier? If again they died on this plane. I will say so. I got acquainted with this information in the morning. Today, there will be appropriate communication. Again, I will not say that it will be communication. I will say that communication through the relevant communication channels will take place today, "he said. It should be noted that on January 24, 100 km from the border of Ukraine, near Belgorod, the IL-76 military transport aircraft crashed.

According to representatives of the Armed Forces, the C-300 missiles could be transported on this aircraft, which the Russians firing Kharkiv. At the same time, Russian propagandists stated that 65 Ukrainian prisoners were being carried on exchange. The representative of the Ministry of Defense Ministry of Defense in a comment to Radio Liberty confirmed that it was on this day that the prisoners were really planning to exchange.

According to him, the exchange procedure stopped after reporting on the fall of the aircraft.
